Nolan Corder

Nolan Corder is the Business Development Coordinator for the Greater Richmond Partnership. His responsibilities include identifying and nurturing leads and helping to position Greater Richmond as the ideal business location. Nolan is a former GRP Business Development Intern who is thrilled to join the team fulltime.

Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, Nolan graduated from The University of Alabama in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Theatre and Psychology. He then relocated to New York City to purse a career in acting, but when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, it forced a change of plans. Nolan left New York City in December 2020 and after a short stint in Atlanta, decided to pivot and pursue a career path in business.

Though largely unfamiliar, Nolan decided that Richmond, Virginia, was the best place for his next phase. Nolan is currently pursuing his Masters of Business Administration at University of Richmond.

Nolan enjoys the company of friends and family, going out for music and drinks and watching movies and tv shows. Nolan resides between Richmond’s Bon Air and Manchester neighborhoods.
