Custom Report Builder

Instructions: Click the orange bars to expand the section, then choose the items you want to include in your report. You can "expand" more than one or all sections at once. If you "hide" the section, your choices will remain selected. When you have selected the items for your report, click the "Build your custom report" button at the bottom of the screen. The resulting report can be printed or downloaded as a PDF.
