Nolan Corder

Nolan Corder is the Business Development Coordinator for the Greater Richmond Partnership. His responsibilities include identifying and nurturing leads and helping to position Greater Richmond as the ideal business location. Nolan is a former GRP Business Development Intern who is thrilled to join the team full time.

Originally from Huntsville, Ala., Nolan graduated from The University of Alabama in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Theatre and Psychology. He then relocated to New York City to pursue his aspirations, but when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, it forced a change of plans. Nolan left New York City in December 2020 and after a short stint in Atlanta, decided to pivot toward a business career.

Though largely unfamiliar with the region, Nolan decided that Richmond, Va., was the best place for his next phase. Since his move to Richmond, Nolan is confident that he made the right decision and loves getting to know the area.

Nolan enjoys the company of friends and family, going out for music and drinks and watching movies and TV shows. Nolan resides between Richmond’s Bon Air and Manchester neighborhoods.
