Christopher Gray Hollomon - Director of Marketing

As the Director of Marketing, Christopher supports marketing and communications initiatives that target key audiences in recruiting companies to the Richmond Region.

Prior to joining the Partnership in 2025, Christopher developed graphic design, marketing, public relations and other digital media for a broad range of industries including healthcare, engineering, advocacy and even ballet. Christopher has provided award winning work for Sheltering Arms Rehabilitation Centers including the celebration surround their 125th anniversary which included a published history book, living history tours of the historical hospital on VCU’s campus and signage throughout Richmond. 

Before joining the Partnership in 2025, Christopher built a diverse portfolio in graphic design, marketing, public relations, and digital media across industries such as healthcare, engineering, advocacy, and the arts. His award-winning work for Sheltering Arms Rehabilitation Centers included a commemorative history book, historical tours, and citywide signage celebrating the organization’s 125th anniversary.

Christopher holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications (Marketing/PR) and a master’s degree in Corporate and Professional Communications from Radford University. He also studied international communications in Salzburg, Austria.

Originally from Newport News, he moved to the Richmond area from Manassas in 2005 with his wife, Karen. A passionate advocate for youth development, Christopher serves as a Scouting America leader for both Boy and Girl Troops in Midlothian, where his daughter was among the first female Eagle Scouts in the region.

He lives in Henrico County with his wife and two children and enjoys exploring Virginia’s rich history, vibrant culture, and natural beauty — from mountain hikes to coastal getaways.
