Just over two and a half hours away by nonstop flight, JetBlue offers travelers a quick, efficient route to this Caribbean destination, where they’ll experience the seemingly endless coastline, vibrant culture and culinary exploration available in San Juan.
With service beginning in March 26, 2026, JetBlue, which is Puerto Rico’s largest airline, added the new route to Richmond along with four other cities to its service offerings from San Juan. Limited time, introductory fares from $99 one-way will be available to celebrate the launch.
“Puerto Rico has shaped JetBlue’s identity for more than two decades,” said Marty St. George, JetBlue’s president. “Our newest routes only deepen our commitment to the island and the communities that have been part of JetBlue’s story since 2002. We’re proud to continue investing in Puerto Rico and creating more travel opportunities for customers across our growing network.”
The RIC-SJU route will operate three times weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Tickets are available now at jetblue.com.
