Ashland, VA — Wigeon Capital is pleased to announce that Building 2 of the Lakeridge Logistics Center in Ashland, Virginia is now fully leased. Trane U.S. Inc., L&C Cabinetry, and Riverstone Logistics, LLC have each signed long-term leases, occupying a combined total of more than 124,000 square feet of premier industrial space.
Trane U.S. Inc. will lease 32,710 square feet, L&C Cabinetry will occupy 44,812 square feet, and Riverstone Logistics, LLC will lease 47,228 square feet.
Lakeridge Logistics Center is located less than one mile from the I-95 interchange at Sliding Hill Road, providing immediate access to key transportation corridors throughout the Richmond region. Adam Lawson and Muscoe Garnett with JLL represented Wigeon Capital in the lease transactions
