A massive mixed-use development in western Chesterfield is working its way through the county’s zoning approval process.
The Planning Commission on Tuesday voted to recommend approval of Nunnally Village, a 204-acre project at the intersection of Hull Street and Otterdale roads that would feature several hundred thousand square feet of commercial space, including a grocery store as well as a hospital and up to 1,000 residential units.
Henrico-based real estate firm Markel | Eagle Partners and local developer Ed Nunnally are behind the project.
Nunnally Village’s residential piece would comprise 100 single-family homes, 500 townhomes and 400 apartments. On the commercial side, there would be more than 280,000 square feet of additional retail and medical office uses, according to project filings.
