Frontier Airlines to begin Richmond service to Denver, Atlanta

Richmond International Airport (RIC) is pleased to welcome Frontier Airlines. The ultra-low fare airline based in Denver, Colorado, has announced new nonstop service between RIC and two destinations, Atlanta (ATL) and Denver (DEN), starting in October.
“Richmond International Airport (RIC) is delighted to welcome Frontier Airlines to Virginia’s Capital Region,” said Perry J. Miller, Ph.D., A.A.E., I.A.P., president and CEO of the Capital Region Airport Commission. “Starting this October, travelers will gain new nonstop options to both Atlanta and Denver. With Frontier’s signature low fares and convenient service, these new routes open up attractive new flight options for our community and visitors alike. We’re proud to grow with Frontier.”
Each destination will offer flights twice weekly on the following schedules:
Atlanta (ATL)-Richmond (RIC), Starting Oct. 17, 2025, Monday & Friday
Denver (DEN)-Richmond (RIC), Starting Oct. 19, 2025, Thursday & Sunday
