Riverside Logistics is expanding its warehouse portfolio

Richmond, VA – We are pleased to announce that Riverside Logistics is set to occupy the whole of 200 Orleans Street in Richmond, leasing 79,875 square feet in Richmond’s East End. This investment represents their continued expansion to improve customer supply chains in key areas like: Healthcare, Food, Paper and Packaging, Construction and Data Center Equipment. This is a direct investment to support the growth of the region and corporations that are moving to Richmond.
Riverside Logistics is a FULL SERVICE third-party logistics company (3PL) headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. They manage a MULTI-SITE portfolio of 1,000,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space offering rail access, close proximity to the Virginia Ports and major interstates as well as the RIC airport. Transportation is also a major Riverside strength providing daily local delivery, shuttle, drayage and dedicated services within a 500 mile radius of Richmond. Operating in a wide range of industries they utilize experienced warehouse and transportation teams and the latest technology to offer World-Class Supply Chain Solutions that lower cost and improve the customer experience. The 200 Orleans location will join seven other warehouses in the Richmond metro area, helping to expand their presence in the city.
200 Orleans is a centrally-located distribution warehouse, totaling 79,785 square feet on 5.7 acres, including 2 acres of laydown yard. The warehouse sits in the Rocketts Landing area, just a few miles from I-64.
