SunTrust to anchor new office tower; building to include 187 apartments

Richmond is about to get another new high-rise — a combo office and apartment building with views of the James River.

SunTrust Banks Inc., one of the largest banks in the Richmond area, announced plans Wednesday to become the anchor tenant in the 21-story tower.
