2016 Outstanding Women Awards to honor Partnership investors

In 1980, the YWCA of Richmond launched the Outstanding Women Awards program in order to recognize women in the Greater Richmond area who have made significant contributions to our community through their exceptional leadership, sustained dedication, and inspiring achievements.
This year’s honorees are:
- Arts – Hope Armstrong Erb (Greater Richmond Children’s Choir)
- Business – Lakshmi Challa (Challa Law Offices, LLC)
- Education – Nancy W. Davies (Orchard House School)
- Health & Science – Toni R. Ardabell, (Bon Secours Richmond Health System)
- Human Relations & Faith in Action – Heidi W. Abbott, (Hunton & Williams)
- Law & Government – Margaret Nimmo Crowe,(Voices for Virginia’s Children)
- Media & Marketing – Carol Ann Olson (Virginia Center for Public Press/WRIR-LP 97.3 FM Richmond Independent Radio)
- Nonprofit Management – Julie Bilodeau (CrossOver Ministry)
- Volunteerism – Susan Meyers (Jewish Community Federation of Richmond, Impact100 & more)
