Richmond-based Harbert Growth Partners raises $11 million investment

Richmond-based investment firm Harbert Growth Partners has participated in an $11 million funding round for StellaService, a New York-based company whose software platform Stella Connect helps companies improve customer service and employee engagement.
Stella Connect’s cloud-based software enables consumer-facing companies to improve the performance of their front-line customer service agents by enabling customers to give real-time feedback. Its clients include the Walmart-owned e-commerce company Jet, carmaker Mercedes-Benz, logistics company Postmates, and online eyeglass retailer Warby Parker.
